What you'll do

• Oversee small and medium crews on masonry and waterproofing projects
• supervise work to meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• identify hazards and stop unsafe work
• coordinate work sequences and communicate progress to the superintendent
• ensure workers understand safety policies
• maintain communication with customer representatives and advise the superintendent or project manager of potential problems
• assist with craft work, materials, equipment, scaffolding, and routine site duties as needed.
