What you'll do

• Prepare meals to guest specifications

• ensure kitchen staff follow standards, procedures, and sanitation requirements

• manage inventory and freshness
• maintain proper cooking temperatures and storage
• keep work areas clean and sanitized
• and handle kitchen opening, closing, and other duties as directed.
