Residential Affordable Housing Compliance Manager

What you'll do

• Review household certifications and resident files
• schedule recertification interviews and inspections
• coordinate on-site data collection
• maintain waiting lists
• verify income, assets, rent levels, and utility allowances
• train personnel
• review move-in and annual recertifications
• monitor overdue recertifications
• assist with year-end reports and electronic reporting
• support administrative and leasing tasks.
