The Industrial Maintenance Technician — 1st Shift role is onsite in Mason, OH, with compensation of $25–$35+ per hour based on experience. Hi-Tek Manufacturing seeks technicians to support its advanced manufacturing operations. The technician maintains and repairs production machinery and facility systems, troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to keep equipment operating safely and reliably.

What you'll do

• Perform general electrical and mechanical maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic production equipment
• install and repair electrical controls, wiring, and lighting
• use schematics and testing devices to diagnose problems
• weld as needed
• operate lifts and overhead cranes when necessary
• follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures
• respond to facilities work orders and assist maintenance staff.
