What you'll do

• Review staffing at shift changes and assign or replace staff to meet patient-care needs
• complete patient-care rounds
• coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges and ensure documentation
• assist with orientation of evening and night employees
• supervise and evaluate evening and night shift employees.
