What you'll do

• Lead and work alongside a crew on post-frame projects from start to finish
• set daily pace and assign tasks
• interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• enforce safe work practices and conduct toolbox talks
• ensure proper use of PPE and fall protection
• operate and transport equipment and materials
• communicate progress, material needs, and issues to the project manager
• train and mentor crew members
• maintain quality control and customer expectations.
