What you'll do

• Provide direct and indirect total nursing care to assigned patients
• supervise assigned personnel
• follow department and hospital policies and procedures
• participate in a structured preceptorship and monthly cohort sessions
• maintain required Virginia or compact-state RN licensure and BLS certification
• complete specialty certifications within the stated timeframe when applicable.
