The Maintenance Parts Coordinator role is onsite at Stillwater Mine in Nye, MT, with compensation of $37 per hour. The coordinator supports Sibanye-Stillwater’s mobile maintenance goals by working between Maintenance Reliability/Planning and Warehouse/Purchasing. The role researches and coordinates resources, parts, and equipment for scheduled and planned maintenance. Accurate inventory, backlog, and work-order coordination helps improve labor productivity, control maintenance costs, and support equipment reliability.

What you'll do

• Communicate maintenance goals and collect accurate information
• coordinate resources for scheduled work
• maintain inventory and stocking levels for preventive and planned maintenance
• monitor offsite work
• review backlog requests and work orders
• determine resources needed for tasks
• ensure resources are available for scheduled work
• plan light-duty vehicle and transportation fleets
• manage equipment additions, transfers, and decommissioning
• coordinate equipment transportation and parts stock requests.

Why this role

Engineering degree, trade school, or equivalent related-field education considered. Mechanic or supervisor experience, preferably with diesel equipment, and planning software or JD Edwards experience preferred. Schedule is 5x2 or 4x3 with nine-hour shifts.
