What you'll do

• Design, develop, maintain, test, and document ServiceNow applications, databases, and cloud services
• support Sponsor priorities and enterprise architecture
• participate in Agile ceremonies using Jira
• conduct unit, functional, and user acceptance testing
• implement security and accessibility standards
• recommend UI/UX and modernization improvements
• manage code and documentation under Sponsor requirements
• support Tier 1–3 service management and incident resolution.
