Information Assurance Lead

The Information Assurance Lead role is fully onsite in Washington, DC, with an anticipated annual salary range of $160,000–$180,000. The role supports federal IT modernization and sensitive government missions. Tetrad Digital Integrity's mission is to safeguard customers from digital threats and vulnerabilities. The lead establishes and guides an Information Assurance team responsible for confidentiality, integrity, and availability across unclassified and classified networks. The role oversees security controls, assessments, compliance, accreditation, monitoring, and risk mitigation while mentoring IA personnel and coordinating with technical and business partners.

What you'll do

• Oversee information-system security and compliance
• conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and risk analyses
• support security audits and framework compliance
• coordinate system certification and accreditation
• monitor activity for unauthorized access, malware, and other threats
• improve security controls
• integrate security into system development and maintenance
• coach and mentor IA personnel
• conduct performance assessments
• validate and approve assigned personnel's time charging.
