The role also mentors staff, supports documentation and program compliance, and helps participants engage in personal care, community outings, and meaningful activities.

What you'll do

• Deliver age-appropriate activities that promote independence, social interaction, personal care, and skill development
• mentor direct support professionals
• assist with staff assignments and documentation when the supervisor is absent
• support personal care
• accompany participants on outings and provide transportation when required
• identify program improvements
• follow agency policies and regulations
• collaborate with volunteers and interns.
