Junior Service Technician

Job overview

The Junior Service Technician role is onsite in Beverly, NJ, with a Monday–Friday full-time schedule; hours may vary. Pay is $19–$22 per hour. The role supports Canteen's vending machine and equipment service operations; Canteen provides markets, office coffee and snacks, unattended retail, and culinary solutions. What you'll do

• Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs using a company-owned vehicle
• visit existing customers to assess service and resolve complaints
• inspect machines, diagnose malfunctions, replace or repair defective parts, adjust components, and test operation
• review inventory and order parts
• ship and receive machines and maintain equipment inventory
• prepare machines for installation and assist with installations and removals
• use mechanical equipment and hand tools for repairs.
