Job overview

The Director of Distribution & Operations is an onsite role based in Catasauqua, PA, with compensation ranging from $260,000 to $350,000 per year. This position supports the distribution operations department at Uline, a leading North American distributor of shipping and packaging materials. This role exists to provide hands-on leadership on the warehouse floor, coaching managers and teams to ensure operational excellence. The Director is responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound processes, driving productivity, and implementing data-driven improvements to maintain high service standards.
