What you'll do

• Arrive around 5:00 or 6:00 a.m. depending on breakfast opening time and prepare for service
• prepare coffee and hot foods
• stock and restock coffee stations
• prepare waffle batter when applicable
• set up bakery and cold items
• monitor food levels and refresh items
• clear and clean dishes
• greet guests
• break down and clean serving areas and guest tables
• wash dishes and prepare them for the next day
• clean counters and floors
• verify and store food deliveries
• follow supervisor directions and complete brand-required training.
