What you'll do

• Train, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates
• onboard team members
• support scheduling and shift coverage
• co-lead coaching sessions
• review timesheets
• educate guests about Wax Passes, services, and products
• support sales and local marketing
• process appointments and payments
• resolve guest concerns
• support inventory counts, deposits, cash reconciliation, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
