The Member Care Champion / Medical Assistant role is part-time and hybrid in Rochester, MN, for 19–20 hours per week. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. What you'll do

• Greet and check in members
• measure and record vital signs
• perform non-invasive body measurements, body composition, and metabolic testing
• coordinate follow-up appointments and contact members who miss appointments
• handle calls, voicemails, emails, and app messages
• coordinate with other departments to address member concerns
• maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
