What you'll do

• Act as manager-in-charge of the HBC department when the manager is absent
• support coaching and performance evaluations
• supervise team activities with the HBC Manager
• promote ads and specials
• meet productivity standards
• answer customer questions
• support inventory management and product rotation
• keep the department clean, stocked, and merchandised
• learn to write orders and process credits.
