What you'll do

• Monitor residents’ conditions and needs
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• follow narcotic policies and procedures
• monitor for side effects and report changes
• oversee nursing assistant-registered staff in following care plans
• complete documentation and resident admissions and discharges
• report bruises, skin tears, or suspected neglect
• and maintain confidentiality and facility procedures.
