Customer Success Representative

The role helps customers receive quick, accurate support while ensuring interactions are documented consistently. Representatives resolve common membership, billing, app, and access issues, escalate complex cases, and support retention through troubleshooting and follow-up.

What you'll do

• Respond to incoming SMS, text, and phone inquiries
• use approved scripts, logic flows, and troubleshooting guides
• resolve common billing, app setup, and access issues
• escalate complex cases
• trigger next-step cadences when appropriate
• tag and document conversations
• maintain CRM and reporting accuracy
• use AI responses as intended and override them when needed
• report system issues or script gaps
• make outbound support and follow-up calls and texts
• help customers set up memberships and explain plan options.
