Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Southfield, MI. Compensation is $120,000–$140,000 per year. The role leads and delivers client construction projects, coordinating field personnel, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders. The project manager guides projects from initiation through completion, balancing scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality requirements. The role contributes to successful project delivery through planning, coordination, compliance oversight, cost control, and team leadership.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects
• gather client requirements and define scope, resources, goals, and deliverables
• develop schedules and project plans
• coordinate internal teams, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
• monitor progress, milestones, labor, costs, and budgets
• manage approved changes
• enforce OSHA and MIOSHA safety requirements
• oversee quality assurance, permits, and inspections
• prepare project documentation and status reports
• lead and supervise construction personnel.

Why this role
