What you'll do

• Lead daily adoption center operations, including animal intake, care, adoption, and euthanasia
• support and develop staff and volunteers through training, scheduling, performance development, and team culture
• coordinate with behavior and medical teams to support animal quality of life and reduce length of stay
• provide positive experiences for adopters, surrenderers, and visitors
• provide euthanasia counseling with compassionate care.
