Division Order Analyst

What you'll do

• Review and interpret title opinions, leases, conveyances, assignments, probate and trust documents, and related instruments
• determine ownership interests and division of interest
• coordinate title curative requirements
• research documentation discrepancies
• process ownership transfers and status changes
• manage master property setup and division of interest for new wells and acquisitions
• analyze suspense and exception reports
• validate system changes and supporting documentation
• support conversions, audits, owner outreach, and client projects
• communicate with client stakeholders and internal teams
• provide technical guidance and informal peer review to Division Order Technicians
• and maintain compliance and audit trails.
