The Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Engineer 3 — Commercial Construction role is onsite in Nashville, TN. Compensation is $105,000–$125,000 per year. What you'll do

• Develop budgetary mechanical and electrical estimates
• review system options and recommend systems and value-engineering suggestions
• coordinate mechanical and electrical scopes during bidding
• develop system sequencing and provide scheduling input
• review design documents and identify quality concerns
• perform job inspections
• develop functional testing procedures and verify contractor testing
• review and approve shop drawings
• issue commissioning plans
• verify deficiencies are corrected and submit commissioning documentation
• mentor less experienced coworkers
• develop tools and process improvements.
