What you'll do

• Conduct room-by-room residential inventories
• photograph appliances, electronics, lighting, and other assets
• use a camera to create 3D scans and floorplans
• use a paint scanner to record colors and finishes
• log utility locations and safety devices
• gather homeowner context, vendor information, and preferences
• handle equipment carefully and document work in the app.
