The CFO oversees financial and administrative operations, strengthens accounting and technology systems, and provides strategic leadership to support organizational projects and the expansion of services.

What you'll do

• Oversee accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, IT, payroll, and HRIS functions.
• Develop and maintain internal accounting controls and systems, coordinate annual external audits, and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Develop budget systems and procedures, treasury controls, and regulatory reporting records.
• Oversee enterprise IT vision and systems development.
• Guide department staff and support grant development to expand services.
