The Registered Behavioral Therapist role is onsite in Statesville, NC, with services delivered in clients’ homes. The therapist implements behavior-modification and skill-acquisition programs under BCBA direction, records treatment data and notes, and reports progress or concerns. The work supports clients’ communication, social, and adaptive skills while following individualized treatment plans.

What you'll do

• Implement behavior-modification and skill-acquisition programs as directed by a BCBA
• collect program data
• record session notes
• report successes, challenges, and questions to the supervising BCBA
• file medical and crisis incident reports.
