Design Engineering Team Lead, HVAC

What you'll do

• Plan and lead HVAC product development, design, testing, and launch activities
• coordinate project schedules, teams, and resources
• support product quality and continuous improvement
• mentor engineers
• lead cross-functional teams
• present data at design, quality, cost, and regulatory reviews
• apply engineering analysis tools
• prepare bills of materials, cost analyses, drawings, and engineering change requests
• develop product support materials
• work with suppliers
• and support safety and performance certifications.

Why this role
