What you'll do

• Book flight itineraries using Amadeus
• apply fare rules and ticketing requirements
• issue tickets and process exchanges and manual pricing
• manage schedule changes, notifications, name corrections, and booking updates
• handle seat assignments and special service requests
• manage queues and high transaction volumes
• meet productivity, quality, and service goals.
