Heavy Industrial Production Worker, Precast Concrete

The Heavy Industrial Production Worker, Precast Concrete role is onsite in Pelham, AL, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM and additional hours as production requires. Pay is $18.00 per hour. Automation Personnel Services staffs manufacturing and industrial roles. The worker helps produce precast concrete bridge supports, barriers, and other structural products by assembling forms, placing and finishing concrete, handling reinforcing steel, and meeting safety and quality requirements.

What you'll do

• Build and assemble concrete forms
• pour, level, and finish concrete
• install and tie reinforcing steel
• safely operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment
• strip forms and move finished products
• perform quality checks
• maintain a clean work area
• follow safety regulations and OSHA guidelines
• work with the team to meet production goals.
