What you'll do

• Support Project Managers with planning and execution from bid award through completion
• prepare and maintain contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, and closeout packages
• coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
• track schedules, milestones, and deliverables and flag potential delays
• assist with budgeting, job-cost tracking, change-order pricing, and invoice processing
• support permitting, inspections, reporting, and project closeout.
