What you'll do

• Maintain detergent and cleaning supply levels and track dishwashing machine mechanical problems
• return utensils and plates to their proper locations
• sweep and mop kitchen floors daily
• sort dishes, scrape plates, rinse glassware, and load the dishwasher
• attend employee meetings about policies and safety regulations.
