What you'll do

• Recruit and interview seasonal employees
• monitor associate performance and address quality or procedural issues
• review schedules and timecards
• coordinate with Human Resources on employee relations and training
• maintain office setup, technology, supplies, and facilities
• monitor financial and productivity reports and work toward office goals.
