What you'll do

• Oversee classroom and conference room technology assets, including budgeting, purchasing, repairs, upgrades, and disposal
• schedule and coordinate audiovisual event support
• evaluate and recommend AV equipment
• manage ServiceNow tickets and projects
• manage, train, schedule, and evaluate technicians and student staff
• design AV systems and oversee quality control and infrastructure planning.
