What you'll do

• Manage assigned client relationships and serve as a liaison between clients and technicians
• conduct quarterly business reviews covering IT and cybersecurity risks
• monitor contractual service obligations and deliverables
• identify sales opportunities, renew recurring revenue contracts, and develop new project engagements
• coordinate proposals and implementations with internal teams
• track pipeline and client interactions in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and ConnectWise Manage
• support service delivery, marketing, and performance metrics.
