What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, train, and schedule housekeeping staff and, if applicable, laundry staff
• oversee cleaning schedules for apartments and common areas
• monitor and order or report housekeeping and laundry supplies
• maintain common-area cleanliness and tour-readiness
• perform cleaning tasks using manual and mechanized equipment
• dispose of waste sanitarily
• maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• report domestic repairs or replacements
• drive the community bus for resident outings if applicable.
