What you'll do

• Solicit leasing business to meet occupancy and rental goals
• respond to phone inquiries and internet leads and conduct property tours
• prepare and administer applications, leases, and other leasing paperwork
• assist with market studies and inspect physical products
• respond professionally and promptly to resident needs and concerns
• help maintain the property and a welcoming environment
• may plan or participate in community activities and other assigned projects
• follow safety procedures and Fair Housing laws.
