The Commissioning Project Manager (Owner’s Representative) – Data Center Construction role is onsite in Houston, TX. Compensation is $150,000–$225,000 per year. KALCON supports mission-critical construction projects, including data centers. The manager represents the owner throughout commissioning, coordinating contractors, design teams, commissioning agents, and other stakeholders to verify that mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are installed, tested, and documented to project requirements and standards, supporting a complete and timely turnover.

What you'll do

• Oversee the commissioning lifecycle for data center projects
• coordinate general contractors, commissioning agents, MEP subcontractors, design teams, and owner personnel
• maintain commissioning plans and schedules
• review drawings and specifications
• track issues, tests, and closeout documentation in commissioning software
• manage equipment startup and testing
• conduct site walks
• lead or participate in acceptance and integrated systems tests
• report commissioning metrics and verify turnover documentation.
