Preschool Teacher

The Preschool Teacher role is onsite in Vernon Hills, IL; compensation is $18–$24 per hour. What you'll do

• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy, nurturing learning environment
• create and implement lesson plans based on developmental guidelines and student interests
• plan classroom activities with the teaching team and submit lesson plans for review
• communicate with parents
• provide developmentally appropriate activities
• manage the classroom
• encourage creativity through art, music, dramatic play, and blocks
• balance teacher-directed and child-directed activities.
