What you'll do

• Operate and monitor deep fryers and other kitchen equipment
• prepare and cook menu items to order
• maintain food temperatures and follow food-safety and handling guidelines
• keep the fry station clean, organized, and stocked
• coordinate with kitchen staff to fulfill orders
• monitor oil quality and perform fryer maintenance as needed
• follow health, safety, and sanitation standards.
