What you'll do

• Manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance supervision, and property upkeep
• support rental rates, timely collections, deposits, and financial reports
• approve vendor invoices and manage related communications
• control expenditures within budget
• oversee applications, leases, inspections, notices, and lease enforcement
• develop marketing and leasing strategies
• address resident concerns
• inspect property conditions
• and hire, train, and manage staff.
