IT Systems Analyst

Job overview

The IT Systems Analyst is based onsite in downtown San Francisco, California, with regular onsite presence at Northern California offices, including Sacramento and Fresno; occasional travel to other offices may be required. The salary range is $75,000–$110,000 per year. O’Hagan Meyer is a national litigation and insurance defense law firm whose IT team supports attorneys and staff and advances technology, security, and infrastructure initiatives. The analyst provides hands-on user support and technical administration while contributing to firmwide projects and security practices. By resolving issues, managing technology operations, and improving service delivery, the role helps the firm’s distributed IT organization support its expanding offices and legal work.

What you'll do

• Provide in-person, remote, and phone-based technical support
• troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, connectivity, and peripheral issues
• track and resolve support requests
• coordinate equipment deployments and conference room technology
• assist with Microsoft 365 accounts, identity and access management, workstation deployment, patching, and legal applications
• participate in IT projects and office expansions
• support security initiatives and technology standards.
