What you'll do

• Oversee daily program operations and service
• develop engaging, developmentally appropriate programs
• ensure youth safety and supervision
• recruit, hire, train, and evaluate staff
• maintain attendance records and supplies
• coordinate with the Youth Development Director on events and scheduling
• apply safety and child-abuse prevention procedures
• communicate with families and address member and staff concerns.
