What you'll do

• Schedule siding, roofing, decking, gutter, and window installations
• communicate timelines to homeowners
• apply for, track, and confirm permits and schedule final inspections as needed
• coordinate materials and site logistics
• maintain project notes
• work with Field Managers to track progress and resolve scheduling conflicts
• communicate updates and address concerns
• follow up after installation to confirm satisfaction before billing
• assist other production roles during absences.
