What you'll do

• Support daily store operations and smooth shifts
• coach and develop team members and shift leads
• monitor service speed, customer experience, and food safety
• assist with inventory counts and weekly orders
• maintain organization and operational standards
• lead shifts when the general manager is unavailable
• train new team members
• benchmark and certify team members at stated milestones
• review training progress with the general manager
• assist with new store openings.
