What you'll do

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
  • supervise and guide behavior technicians
  • monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
  • collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
  • and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and clinical standards. The role requires active BCBA certification and eligibility for or current Georgia behavior analyst licensure, or willingness to obtain it.
