Construction Project Manager (CES) This is an onsite, full-time position in Washington, DC, with a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually. Constellation Energy is the nation's largest producer of clean, carbon-free energy. This role oversees and coordinates all daily site activities of large-scale, energy efficiency-focused commercial construction projects, ensuring completion safely, with high quality, on time, and on budget.

What you'll do

• Plans, directs and coordinates activities of projects to ensure that goals/objectives are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.
• Maintain & monitor safe working conditions.
• Develops and reviews project schedules, cost estimation, bill of materials, budgets, scopes of work, standards and quotes from suppliers.
• Oversees project implementation to assure cost, time, quality and execution guidelines are achieved according to the schedule.

Experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction project management, or architecture in lieu of degree, an associate's degree or 2-years of construction trade school plus at least 1-year of relevant construction field experience, or a high school diploma/GED plus 3-years of relevant construction field experience
