The Technical Service & Repair Technician role is 100% onsite in Redmond, WA. The base pay range is $66,560–$74,880 per year. The role services and evaluates customer and production systems, combining hands-on repair and calibration with service coordination, documentation, and customer communication. It also supports new-system assembly and testing and contributes to quality and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Coordinate customer relationships and systems returning for service
• prepare instructions and perform quality checks, servicing, repairs, and recalibration
• maintain production, workflow, service, and quality records
• operate and maintain lab equipment and cleanroom workspaces
• maintain the internal demo system pool
• support production prioritization and communicate lead and turnaround times
• troubleshoot technical issues
• contribute to product and software validation
• follow safety, quality, ESD, and cleanroom protocols
• coordinate with Operations, Technical Support, Production, and Purchasing
• recommend improvements to production, diagnostic, and QA processes.
