What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and monitor hot press equipment
• load and unload materials
• monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times
• make adjustments within established procedures
• inspect products against specifications
• report equipment or process issues
• complete production and quality documentation
• perform routine inspections, cleaning, and basic operator maintenance
• follow safety and manufacturing procedures
• maintain a clean work area and support production schedules.
