What you'll do

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, retention, HR policies, HRIS, training, employee development, performance appraisals, succession planning, safety, record-keeping, and reporting
• administer FMLA eligibility, workers’ compensation, PTO, benefits, and enrollment
• develop compensation strategy, conduct job evaluations, and make FLSA determinations.
