What you'll do

• Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, and case value
• prepare demand packages
• negotiate with insurance adjusters
• communicate with clients
• coordinate with case managers and lien negotiators
• track deadlines and comply with Nevada procedures
• identify cases for litigation handoff.
